To report an incident of racism, harassment, or discrimination, it is best to contact the administration of the individual's school.

Additionally, while we are not the official reporting avenue, if you would like to let us know (in addition to reporting to EPS) of an incident that occurred, please email us at

Submit a report to Edina High School

A report may be submitted via phone call, email, this form, or verbally, to a member of EHS administration. Administrators are notified of each new form submission.

After a report is submitted, it is investigated and disciplinary and/or restorative action is decided according to Edina Public Schools Policy 506.
