Asian American Pacific Islander Month Festival
EAAA launched the AAPI Month Festival in 2023 as a way to celebrate the diverse and vibrant Asian cultures in Edina. Learn more about our festivals here!
Celebrations, Gatherings, and Events
Each year, EAAA hosts a number of community events oriented toward highlighting the rich Asian cultures of Edina and cultivating a space of joyous celebration.
These events include, for example, our January community meeting, Lunar New Year celebration, Holi, AAPI Month Festival, anniversary potluck, and Diwali celebration.
Annual Winter Fundraiser
Each year, EAAA hosts an apparel fundraiser to allow us to continue our work toward equity in Edina.

Recognition
In the past, EAAA has received various recognition for our work toward advancing equity in Edina, such as the Mayor's Commendation for Service to Youth, the City of Edina's Hometown Heroes Recognition, and multiple nominations for Edina’s Human Rights & Relations Commission's annual Tom Oye Award.
